# Rate limits

## Guidance

Numeric rate limits are not published on this documentation site. For high-volume or burst traffic, confirm capacity and recommended pacing with sales.

## Practical tips

Use SEND\_BULK\_SAME or SEND\_BULK\_DIFFERENT instead of many single calls when sending campaigns.

Space automated retries and avoid tight loops on failure responses.
