# Shopify SMS: orders and fulfilment

Shopify merchants trigger SMS on order placed, fulfilled or delivered by calling VeloBotix from a private app, webhook or Zapier.

## Typical flow

Shopify webhook → your backend → VeloBotix SEND\_SINGLE. Keep templates short; include order number and tracking link only.

## Questions people ask

Do I need Shopify Plus?

No. Any plan can fire webhooks to your server or Zapier.
