# WooCommerce SMS: orders and shipping

WooCommerce stores send order confirmation and shipping SMS by hooking order status changes to the VeloBotix SMS API.

## Hooks

woocommerce\_order\_status\_changed is the usual trigger. Map processing/completed/shipped to templates. Include order id, not card data.

## Questions people ask

COD orders?

Yes. Confirm COD by SMS before dispatch to cut fake orders.
