# Privacy Policy

VeloBotix (operated with Revwald (Pvt) Ltd, Colombo, Sri Lanka) provides an SMS gateway and API. This policy describes personal data we process to run that service.

## What we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, company, and credentials for the portal. Billing data: invoices, payment status, pack assignment. Traffic metadata: destination numbers, Sender ID, timestamps, delivery status. Message bodies pass through the gateway to operators; do not put unnecessary personal data in templates.

## Why we use it

To create accounts, send SMS you request, bill you, prevent abuse, and support you. Legal bases typically include contract and legitimate interests in operating a messaging platform.

## Operators and processors

Messages are handed to Sri Lankan mobile networks (for example Dialog, Mobitel, Hutch, Airtel). Hosting, email and SMS reseller APIs may process data as processors under our instructions.

## Retention

We keep account and billing records as required for tax and dispute handling. Delivery logs are kept long enough to debug failures, then reduced or deleted according to our operations policy.
