# Case study: OTP delivery for an online store

## Problem

Checkout OTPs arrived late or failed on some networks, so customers abandoned carts. The previous route was not a dedicated Sri Lankan operator path.

## What changed

The store kept generating OTPs in its own app and switched SEND\_SINGLE to VeloBotix with a registered Sender ID. WooCommerce order SMS stayed on the same account as transactional traffic.

## Result (customer-reported)

The merchant reported OTP delivery moving from about 89% to about 99% after the switch. That figure is their measurement, not a lab benchmark. Your results depend on lists, templates and networks.
