## Transactional SMS

Triggered by a user action or system event: order placed, payment received, OTP, shipping update. Latency and reliability matter more than creative copy. Usually sent via the SMS API.

## Bulk SMS

One-to-many campaigns: promotions, announcements, reminders to a list. Usually sent from the portal with CSV upload, or via SEND\_BULK\_SAME / SEND\_BULK\_DIFFERENT.
