Terms of Service

By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms. The service is an SMS gateway: we route messages you submit to mobile operators. We do not control handset delivery after the operator accepts the message.

Acceptable use

You must have the right to message each number. No phishing, malware, unlawful content, or purchased “spam” lists. Marketing SMS must follow Sri Lankan law and operator rules. We may suspend accounts that harm the network or our Sender ID reputation.

Credits and fees

Credits are prepaid and do not expire unless we state otherwise in writing. Unicode and concatenated SMS may consume more credits. Failed or undelivered messages are not always refundable once submitted to an operator. See our Refund Policy.

API keys

You are responsible for keys and Basic Auth secrets. Do not embed them in public front-end code.

Liability

The service is provided as available. We are not liable for lost profits from delayed OTP or campaign traffic beyond what Sri Lankan law requires. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes: courts in Colombo, unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.
