Send the same message to multiple recipients. Pass senderID, to as an array of numbers, msg, and optionally check_cost: true to preview cost first.

Portal examples use up to 10,000 numbers per request.

SEND_BULK_DIFFERENT

Send personalised messages per recipient with msg_list: an array of { to, msg } objects, plus senderID.
