Send a single SMS

POST or GET https://portal.velobotix.app/api.php?FUN=SEND_SINGLE
Phone numbers use Sri Lanka local format 07XXXXXXXX.

Authenticate with Basic Auth. Send Content-Type: application/json with senderID, to, and msg.

Set with_get=true and pass un, up, senderID, to, and msg (or text) in the query string.
